The first step to accommodate new habit of something better for our body and mind is to incorporate it into our life, but before that… It is great to have an understanding on its relation to our needs. Does our body need it? Do we know why? Do we recognize what drives us? Once we grasp this, it is easier to hold on to this new habit, until it feels like it is the integral part of our life. Face it until we make it. Our one day retreat’s goal is to make this a good new habit. It consists of yoga, meditation, water purification and delicious healthy food in one day. There you go, the first gate of feeling good about ourselves. , meditation, and breathing are all beautiful ways to heal the body, mind, and spirit. But they can be hard to weave into everyday life. Especially if you haven’t had much experience. Our one-day retreat will incorporate all three, giving you a taste of what it’s like to have a daily practice and give you a few tips and tricks to start incorporating them into your life back home.
Yoga retreats often have a focus on health and nutrition. This is because when we fuel our body with healthy food, we can get more out of our practice. When we have a full day of wholesome, nourishing, and delicious food, we are reminded that healthy eating doesn’t have to feel like deprivation. And we’re reminded how good we can feel when we eat the good stuff.
