Tattva Ubud

Yoga Retreat

During this course you will discover that yoga is not only a physical practice, but much more than that. You will discover that yoga is the whole lifestyle. In one week, you can taste what it means to live a yogic life. Our course covers every aspect of traditional yogic lifestyle as well as modern explanation about what is going on in our bodies during the yoga practice. So if you have ever asked yourself ‘Why am I doing this in the yoga class?’, you will find all your answers.

A TTC under the guidance of Tattva Ubud teachers is something different than other trainings. This training is more about yoga as a work in (internal journey) not only works out (crazy postures which may be sometimes misunderstood and promote as a true yoga).
